Nixon - The Grand Prix Collection

In response to every new season Nixon blesses us with revamped editions of their already stellar array of timepieces. Their latest drop is called the “Grand Prix” collection, evidently this one is inspired by auto racing. Nixon pitches their series as: “inspired by the thrill and adventure of the raw steel, rubber and smoke of the raceway, of driving gloves and top-down car races.” Though we don’t see too much done to the watches’ physical form, there is consistently a subtle aesthetic dash of a fast racing yellow bestowed on each model and a bit more stainless steel garnish. There are five watches that get a facelift: The Magnacon, The Trader, The Corporal SS, The Sentry SS and The Spencer.  See the full Nixon collection
