Monocle Magazine Meets London

2012 has been a great year for London.  The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympics were two of many cultural highlights.  London is a city that is constantly growing and changing.  There are always new exhibitions to check out, new restaurants to try and new nightclubs to frequent.  A recent addition to ever-evolving London is the new Monocle Store located inside the Hyatt Regency.

The popular global lifestyle magazine has made an interesting decision locating its new store inside a luxurious hotel lobby.  Being a magazine associated with luxury, travel and living the good life, the choice of location is fitting.  The Monocle Store will sell international journals and a curated selection of goods, collaborating with the likes of Comme des Garçons.  Naturally at Opumo, we’re hoping that they also throw a few men’s accessories into the mix.
